2. Payments, Subscription & Renewals

• Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly).
• Payments are processed through secure gateways like Razorpay and Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases if our software fails to perform as described. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by contacting our support team.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, design layouts, logos, and features provided in the system are the exclusive property of Key Media Hub. Unlawful distribution, resale, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Key Media Hub be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or improper usage of our system.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
